We currently accept Stripe and PayPal. We decided not to offer too much payment providers because we believe in simplicity. Those 2 allows you to accept credit cards directly on your website (with Stripe) as well as providing an external payment provider (PayPal).
Yes. Our customer support team is always ready to help you setup your store or assist you during your day-to-day tasks.
Yes. When we create your store we setup a temporary domain that you can then change to your own personnal domain.
Once in your trial period, you will be asked to enter your credit card details. Once entered, the monthly charge will be taken automatically. You don't even have to think about it !
No. All stores are hosted directly on the Commerscale infrastructure. You don't have to worry about your hosting. It's fast, robust and reliable. We also take daily backups to ensure data safety.
Sure. You can cancel your store at any time by simply writing an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then proceed to deletion.
No. We already have a shared SSL certificate for the checkout process so you don't have to buy another one, it's included in the price.
The only transaction fee you have is from the third party payment providers (Stripe and PayPal). We do not add an additionnal transaction fee to it.
